Jeff Papows is interviewed in a podcast on the IT Conversations network about software glitches, and their impact on our society. In some of the examples presented, the impact on the individuals in question are quite horrific.

Jeff talks about the broader push towards automation that software is having on our society, and how many of the sanity checks of human intervention in some cases are no longer present, resulting in glitches going unnoticed until the damage is inflicted on someone.
