Alpha Framework is now on Github

An explanation of why I have moved this open source project from Assembla to Github.

I have moved the Alpha Framework project from Assembla and Subversion to Github and Git. My main motivation for doing this is to try to build collaboration with other developers next year, as I move Alpha into Packagist/Composer with the forthcoming 2.0 release.

I am very happy with Assembla, and still love Subversion, but the reality is that most open source developers are using Github, so I am moving my project there for "outreach" reasons rather than technical ones.

The source code, milestones, and tickets have already been migrated: https://github.com/alphadevx/alpha
